AsyBrain is operated by ASYGAMES. This policy covers the shared account and the AsyRelay and AsyShield services hosted on this website.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, AsyRelay can process account usernames and password hashes, authentication and session metadata, device identifiers and names, connection IP addresses, user-agent information, tool-call metadata, command metadata, audit records, and data returned by an authorized computer.
Optional passkey authentication
If you register a passkey, AsyBrain stores its credential identifier, public key, an opaque account handle, signature counter, transport and backup indicators, your chosen key name, and creation and last-use dates. Short-lived, browser-bound challenges prevent replay. Your private key remains with your chosen authenticator or passkey manager. AsyBrain does not receive or store fingerprints, face scans, device PINs or other biometric data. The browser and operating system handle phone and QR connections.
You can rename or delete passkeys in Account → Profile & Security after confirming your identity. Deleting a passkey removes its server credential; remove the saved copy separately in your provider. Security events are audited and may generate required account notifications. Email login, passwords and account recovery remain available.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, connect authorized devices, perform requested remote operations, enforce access controls, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, deliver updates, and maintain security and audit history.
Approximate location on the public globe
The public Earth view uses approximate Cloudflare location information when available. If city coordinates are unavailable, the server may send the visitor IP over HTTPS to IPWhois (ipwho.is) for a coarse city and time zone lookup. Coordinates are rounded to one decimal degree, results are cached briefly in memory under an ephemeral keyed hash, and this feature does not persist the IP or send it to the browser. A country-only result is labeled and does not receive a location pin. IP location may describe a network or VPN exit rather than your physical location. No GPS permission is requested.
Legal bases and your rights
Depending on the processing and jurisdiction, AsyRelay may rely on performance of a requested service or contract, legitimate interests in security and service integrity, and compliance with legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, receive or object to processing of personal data and to complain to a competent supervisory authority. Service providers and connected services
Data may transit infrastructure providers used to operate the service. When AsyRelay is invoked through a supported ChatGPT integration, information needed to complete the requested operation may also be processed by OpenAI under that service's applicable terms and privacy controls. ASYGAMES does not sell AsyRelay user data.
Retention and control
Authentication codes and login tickets are short-lived. Access tokens, refresh tokens, and panel sessions expire automatically. Account, device, audit, and command-history records may remain until deleted by an authorized administrator or removed as part of service maintenance.
You can sign out, revoke device access, rotate or freeze device credentials, and request deletion of account or device records through the contact page.
